ФосАгро поддержала проведение первого в России международного турнира по слепому футболу

Участие в турнире, организатором которого выступил Экспертный совет БРИКС – Россия при поддержке Министерства иностранных дел РФ, стали восемь профессиональных клубов из России, Бразилии, ЮАР, Индии, Турции, Казахстана и Белоруссии. Победу в соревнованиях одержал турецкий клуб спорта слепых муниципалитета Чанкая. В финальном матче турецкая команда обыграла бразильский клуб АГАФУС со счетом 1:0. Бронзовым призером турнира стал российский клуб «Звезда».

Поздравляя спортсменов, руководитель Экспертного совета БРИКС – Россия, проректор НИУ ВШЭ, шерпа России в «Женской двадцатке» Виктория Панова отметила, что еще три месяца назад никто не предполагал, что получится организовать такое значимое мероприятие. Она поблагодарила команды за участие, выразила искреннюю признательность организаторам и спонсорам турнира.

- Попав на Первый международный товарищеский турнир по слепому футболу, я вижу, насколько человек могуч, насколько сильна его воля, насколько таланты, которые вас согревают и ведут вперед, не одолеваемы никакими обстоятельствами. Вы подаете пример тем, кто не понимает, как надо ценить счастье жизни, как надо бороться за будущее, как нужно через дружбу, через товарищество, через командный дух побеждать. Это величайший вклад с вашей стороны в то дело, которые мы отстаиваем в рамках БРИКС, - выразил свое искреннее восхищение спортсменам заместитель министра иностранных дел России Сергей Рябков.

В свою очередь заместитель генерального директора по продажам и маркетингу компании «ФосАгро» Михаил Стёркин в ходе церемонии награждения победителей турнира отметил, что компания поддерживает многие спортивные федерации, помогает профессиональным и любительским командам, оказывает содействие паралимпийцам России.

- Именно поэтому мы с первой минуты откликнулись на инициативу проведения такого уникального турнира и приняли всестороннее участие в его подготовке. Будем и дальше поддерживать этот вид спорта и, уверен, еще не раз встретимся с вами на других соревнованиях, - отметил Михаил Стеркин.

Компания «ФосАгро» уже более 21 года реализует комплексную спортивно-образовательную программу «Детям России – образование, здоровье и духовность» (ДРОЗД) в каждом из регионов своего присутствия. Сегодня ДРОЗД объединяет почти 8 тысяч детей в Мурманской, Ленинградской, Вологодской и Саратовской областях. Ребята занимаются в 78 спортивных секциях по 30 видам спорта, творческих студиях и классах дополнительного образования. В этом году реализация программы «Детям России – образование, здоровье и духовность» позволила ФосАгро одержать победу в большинстве номинаций Национальной бизнес-премии «Лидеры ответственного бизнеса», учрежденной по поручению Президента России.

Родина ДРОЗДа – Мурманская области, а точнее – Кировск и Апатиты. Эти заполярные города и сегодня остаются местом, где активно растущая спортивная инфраструктура пользуется стабильным спросом у подрастающего поколения. Например, в Кировске, по данным администрации города, более 95% подростков занимаются спортом на постоянной основе. Многие из них – воспитанники центра «ДРОЗД - Хибины» - регионального оператора программы ФосАгро «Детям России – образование, здоровье и духовность» в Мурманской области.
