В Мурманске возбуждено дело за комментарии с призывами к разрушению военкоматов

В Мурманске Ленинский районный суд рассматривает уголовное дело в отношении 33-летнего жителя Росляково г. Мурманска. Его обвиняют по ст. п. «в» ч. 2 ст. 280.4 УК РФ (публичные призывы к воспрепятствованию исполнения органами власти и их должностными лицами своих полномочий по обеспечению безопасности Российской Федерации). Об этом сообщили в пресс-службе суда.

Органы предварительного следствия считают, что в сентябре 2022 года мужчина при помощи своего телефона написал в одной из социальных сетей текстовое высказывание, "содержащее лингвистические признаки побуждения, в том числе в форме призыва, к разрушительным действиям в отношении военных комиссариатов и к насильственным действиям против их сотрудников с целью воспрепятствования исполнения ими своих полномочий по обеспечению безопасности Российской Федерации".

Мужчине может грозить наказание в виде штрафа в размере от 300 тысяч до 1 млн рублей, в размере заработной платы или иного дохода осужденного за период от 3 до 5 лет или лишение свободы на срок от 3 до 6 лет.
